The Fairfax Village in the City was launched in 2022. Its mission is to help city residents ages 55 and older and adults with disabilities to stay in their homes within the City of Fairfax. The Village does this by providing information, helping members to connect with area resources, and recruiting trusted volunteers to provide specific services to members.
To help us improve your experience as a volunteer with the Village and serve our members better we would like to:
learn more about you;
find out how you have engaged with the Village as a volunteer;
assess how well we are doing; and,
determine how we may do better.
The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers are confidential - your name and other identifying information will not be shared or made public. We shall however share the overall survey results with you.
