Mantua connection to Metro, w&od

We need a better, safer way to reach points north from Mantua. Right now, the sidewalk is uncomfortable for cyclists and Pickett Road isn't safe. The crossing once you reach 50 is too wide and at both corners, the right turns on red are made without any regard to peds or bikes.

While we're at it, let's fix the trail north of 50 - surface conditions are bad and often potholed.
