Ryan joined the City of Fairfax as CUE's Transit Manager in 2021. Previously he managed shuttle operations at the University of Connecticut and worked as a transportation planner. His goal is to modernize bus transit in the community and encourage more people to take their CUE through improved marketing and bus operations.
