Existing Conditions Survey

The City of Fairfax is gathering feedback on safety and operational concerns at this intersection. This survey asks about how you currently travel through the intersection, about your experiences and concerns as a pedestrian, and about your experiences and concerns as a driver. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete, and your responses will help identify issues and inform potential improvements.
