Fairfax Circle is one of five Activity Centers - locations in the City where pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use development is strongly encouraged - identified in the City's 2035 Comprehensive Plan. Located in the northeast portion of the City and comprised of parcels along and adjacent to the portions of Fairfax Boulevard and Blenheim Boulevard most proximate to the Fairfax Circle intersection, this is the fourth Small Area Plan undertaken by the City after Old Town Fairfax, Northfax, and Kamp Washington.

Feel free to share any questions or comments you may have about the Fairfax Circle Small Area Plan with City staff. All feedback will be considered during the development of the plan and staff will provide a response to questions/comments as necessary.

    As a part of this study, we will be looking into possible redesigns of the Fairfax Circle intersection to improve safety and traffic flow.
